  4. You must be under 45 years old when you acquire the ITA for the Subclass 189 Visa.
  5. When submitting an application for the Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Visa, you must certify that you possess the necessary skills as determined by the Australian authority for skills assessment.
  6. You must meet the requirements for English language proficiency as shown by results from the relevant English language test.
  7. To be eligible for the Subclass 189 Visa, you must receive 65 points or more on your EOI.
  8. To qualify for the Subclass 189 Visa, you must have the skill or occupation listed in the SOL.
